Troy Splichal

Troy Splichal is an experienced quality professional with over a decade of leadership in software quality within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Quality at Edwards Lifesciences since September 2013, Troy leads the Global Software Quality Organization, overseeing medical device product software, connectivity, and software manufacturing. Prior positions at Edwards Lifesciences include roles as Senior Director Quality and Director Software Quality Engineering. Previous experience includes managerial roles at HighPoint Solutions and CSSC Consulting, as well as engineering management and quality assurance positions at PDL BioPharma and TAS Technologies, LLC. Troy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Gannon University.
