David A. Forman is currently the General Counsel at EDX Markets since July 2022. Prior to this, David A. held the position of General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC from 2008 to July 2022. David A. also worked at Fidelity Investments from 2000 to July 2022 as the Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law, obtained between 1986 and 1989, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Colgate University, achieved between 1982 and 1986.
