Nell Ma'luf

Nell Ma'luf is Vice President and General Counsel at edX, overseeing all legal and regulatory matters and providing strategic counsel on business development and partnerships with higher education institutions and corporations. Prior to edX, Nell served in senior legal roles at Analysis Group, Inc. and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc., where she gained broad experience advising leadership teams on strategic initiatives, transactional matters, intellectual property, compliance and risk management. Her practice started at Mintz Levin in Boston, after which she clerked for the Honorable Rya W. Zobel in the US District Court, District of Massachusetts. Nell holds an A.B. in Statistics from Harvard College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
