Louisa Gregory

Louisa Gregory has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Louisa is currently working as the Chief People Officer at eEnergy since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President, Culture, Change and Diversity at Colt Technology Services from January 2021 to April 2022. During their time at Colt, Louisa successfully implemented inclusion and diversity strategies, achieved gender targets ahead of schedule, and redefined the company's desired culture. Louisa also served as the Vice President - Chief of Staff to the CEO at Colt from June 2017 to December 2020. In addition, Louisa has extensive experience in Human Resources and corporate management for the Asia region, having held positions such as HR and Corporate Director, Asia at Colt from June 2016 to June 2017 and Vice President - Chief of Staff to the CEO at Pacnet from April 2015 to March 2016. Prior to these roles, they worked as a National Human Resources Manager at Pacnet and held various HR positions at Pacific Internet (Australia) Pty Ltd and Optus.
