Kristel Leif

Kristel Leif is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and engineering management. Currently serving as Transformation Manager and Head of Engineering at Eesti Energia since October 2023, Kristel previously co-founded and led Solaride as CEO from February 2020 to October 2023, also providing mentorship in PR and marketing. Additional experience includes a role as Head of Growth at Praktikal in early 2022 and various positions at Swedbank Estonia from June 2010 to January 2019, including Social Media Manager and Sales Specialist. Kristel holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tallinn University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tartu.
