Claire Zinnes

Claire Zinnes has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of digital marketing and customer experience. Claire began their career at Pall Corporation, where they developed and implemented marketing communications before moving on to establish the company's digital presence. Claire then joined Forest Laboratories, where they ultimately became an Executive Director, overseeing multiple functional areas. Claire later joined Johnson & Johnson, where they held several positions, including Director of Digital Strategy and Group Brand Director. Claire also worked at Shire Pharmaceuticals as the Global Head of Digital Marketing and at EMD Serono as the VP of Global Head of Digital Strategy and Solutions. Most recently, they served as the Global Enterprise Customer & Digital Experience Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates. Claire is currently the Vice President of Marketing at EF Education First. Throughout their career, Claire has focused on digital transformation, customer experience strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Claire Zinnes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1985. Claire later obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree in Theater from the same institution, completing their studies in 1988.
