Roland Roth

Roland Roth began their work experience in 1998 with a Commercial/Accounting Apprenticeship at Kamber Treuhand AG. Roland then worked as an Accountant at BDO Switzerland from 2002 to 2003. In 2006, they had an internship in Marketing and Business Development at AAE Ahaus Alstätter Eisenbahn AG and also worked as a Special Assistance at Swissport. In 2008, Roland joined EF Education First as an Airline Inventory Manager and later held positions as Manager, Corporate Travel Operations, Director of the Flights department, and Vice President of Procurement in the Flights department.

Roland Roth's education history includes a CAS in Logistics Strategy and Supply Chain Management from ZHAW School of Engineering, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Business Administration from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2004 to 2007. Roland also holds a Swiss Vocational Baccalaureate for commercial professions, which they earned from Business School St. Gallen in 2001-2002, and a Commercial Employee, Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, which they obtained from Business School Lichtensteig in 1998-2001.

In terms of additional certifications, Roland has a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2004. Roland also holds a Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF) from the République française, obtained in 2003.
