Sofia Tegsell

Sofia Tegsell has extensive work experience in the education and business industries. Sofia started their career at EF Education First in 2001, where they held various roles such as Regional Manager, Key Account Manager, Country Manager for Sweden, and Vice President of B2B Sales for the Nordic region. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Global Recruitment and Employee Development, focusing on recruitment, employer branding, and talent management. From 2018 to 2019, Sofia worked as the Key Relationship Director at Ashridge Executive Education, which is part of Hult International Business School. Since 2019, they have been serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at EF Corporate Solutions & Hult Ashridge Executive Education.

Sofia Tegsell started their education at the Università degli Studi di Perugia in 1996, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. In 1997, they transferred to the Università degli Studi di Firenze and completed a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing. During the same year, Sofia also enrolled at Lund University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, completing their studies in 2001. Additionally, in 1998-1999, they attended ESCP Business School to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing Communication.
