Ryan J. Whalen

Ryan Whalen serves as the General Counsel and Head of Litigation at EF Hutton, a position held since November 2021, and previously held the role of Deputy General Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum PLLC from June 2015 to October 2021 and at Brown & Whalen, P.C. from 2009 to May 2015. Ryan Whalen is an alumnus of Fordham University School of Law and the University of Rhode Island.
