Patrícia Girão

Patrícia Girão possesses extensive experience in human resources and training, with a current position in Recursos Humanos at EFAPEL S.A. since September 2019. In addition, Patrícia has been actively involved in swimming as a national referee for the Associação de Natação de Coimbra since 2011, holding various roles including Vice-president of the General Assembly and Vice-president of the Board. Professional experience also includes roles as a trainer at ForYourMind, a sports practice leader at Decathlon Portugal, a freelancer recruiter, and a coordinator of training at Mutação. Educational qualifications include an Integrated Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra and postgraduate studies in training organization and management, and integrated management systems.
