Michelle Oakley's work experience begins in 1993 when they served as a Customer Service Manager at J.F. Jelenko until 1999. Michelle then worked as a Network Technician and Network Administrator at Heraeus Kulzer from 2000 to 2004.

In 2004, Michelle joined Ingersoll Rand, initially as a Field Service Engineer, and later worked as a Network Administrator. Michelle also took on the role of Northeast Field Service Leader, providing team and project leadership, as well as migrating data and setting up phone systems and workstations.

Michelle then worked at Efco Products, Inc. from 2010 to the present, where they started as an IT Specialist and Communications Manager, and eventually became the IT/ERP Implementation Manager.

From 2014 to 2016, Michelle Oakley attended Dutchess Community College, where they studied Web Administration. Michelle'sdegree focused on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
