Moana Dusci

Moana Dusci currently serves as the Senior Social Strategy Manager at EF Education First since January 2024, following a successful tenure as the Global Community & Content Manager at EF High School Exchange Year from June 2016 to January 2024. In this role, Moana defined a global community management strategy, spearheaded community-building projects, and developed social media strategies to enhance brand recognition. Previous positions include Country Product Manager for EF High School Exchange Year in the German part of Switzerland, overseeing staff performance, and various roles in sales and hospitality, including Sales Coordinator at Turicum Hotel Management AG and a series of trainee positions in renowned hotels. Moana holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality, completed in 2016.
