Gaia Dempsey

Gaia Dempsey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and business operations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Effective Institutions Project and Metaculus, Gaia also founded 7th Future, a research consultancy focused on ethical applications of Augmented Reality, AI, and IoT technologies. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Vice President at DAQRI, where significant achievements included the development of a complete augmented reality solution and the establishment of an international presence in Dublin. Recognized as a "Top 50 Power Woman" by Irish America Magazine, Gaia holds a BA in Comparative Literature, Urban Design & Architecture from New York University and has contributed as a writer for Opportunity Green.
