Senior Director, Global Project Delivery at Effective People

Danielle Horwath has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Danielle started their career at PNC Bank, where they worked as a Project Analyst and later as a Project Manager, overseeing enterprise-wide projects and managing departmental initiatives. Danielle then moved on to work as an IT Project Manager for the Technology Office of Federal Student Aid, where they managed division-level projects and implemented process improvement methodologies. Currently, they hold a senior leadership position at Effective People, where they have been involved in various roles, including Director of the NOAM Project Management Office, Assistant Director of the NOAM Project Management Office, Manager of the Project Management Office, and Director of the EMEA Project Management Office. In these roles, they have managed and coordinated project managers and business analysts, developed strategic solutions for global clients, and expanded market share and client base through business and team development. Danielle is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Project Delivery at Effective People.

Danielle Horwath earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2005. Danielle further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Danielle Horwath also obtained a PMP certification from PMI in June 2006.
