Fredrik Verboven

Fredrik Verboven has over 15 years of work experience in sales and business development roles within the HR and technology industry. Fredrik is currently serving as the Sales Director at Effective People, a company that focuses on digital transformation and application management services. Prior to this, Fredrik worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Alight Solutions, where they supported global clients in their people and payroll transformation journey. Fredrik also has experience with NGA Human Resources, where they held various roles including Global Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Digital HR Portfolio lead BeNeLux. Fredrik started their career at Randstad Professionals nv as a (Sr) Business Development Partner, where they focused on sales and Account Management in the ICT consultancy sector. Throughout their career, Fredrik has achieved notable successes in expanding client bases, closing large implementation projects, and achieving portfolio turnover growth.

Fredrik Verboven attended Sint-Gabriel College from 1996 to 2002. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science in industrial engineering with a major in Electronics ICT at KU Leuven Faculty of Engineering Technology - De Nayer Campus from 2002 to 2008.
