Effective School Solutions
Jerry Barone has had a range of roles in the education and mental health sector. Jerry began their career as the Clinical Director at High Focus Centers in 1996, where they stayed for ten years. In 2006, they transitioned to become the Executive Director at Cornerstone Day School until 2010. Finally, in 2009, they joined Effective School Solutions, where they held the position of Executive Director until 2018 and was then promoted to Chief Clinical Officer.
Jerry Barone obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Rutgers University in 1992. In the same year, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs-Office of Consumer Protection. In 1996, Jerry obtained a certification as a Certified School Social Work Specialist (C-SSWS) from the New Jersey Department of Education.
