Eline de Visser

Eline de Visser has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Voedingsassistente at Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis. In 2013, they worked as a Begeleider at Prodeba B.V. In 2014, they became a Student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam / VU. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Accenture the Netherlands as an HR Intern and later as a Projectmedewerker HR where they conducted research, optimized and developed new parts of the vitaliteitsprogramma. Eline then joined Studelta in 2016 as a Recruiter, where they played a role in recruiting and developing pioneers for organizations that wanted to change. From 2018 to 2019, they took on the role of Projectleider Traineeship Future Health Design | Learning & Development and was responsible for developing the traineeship. In 2019, they became a Senior recruiter at Studelta. In 2020, they worked at Career Openers as a Consultant and also at Effectory as a People Strategy Consultant.

Eline de Visser began their education at Leiden University in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology. Eline completed their bachelor's degree in 2014.

After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Eline enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2014 to pursue a Master's in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie (Work and Organizational Psychology). Eline successfully completed their master's degree in December 2015.
