Eline van den Berg's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Eline started their career as a Server and Hostess at Flair Hospitality in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing Manager Assistant at Hyperli, where they focused on improving internal processes and developing marketing campaigns. Eline then worked as a Shift Team Lead at Mooie Boules, where they gained leadership and organizational skills. In 2019, they served as a Legal Assistant at Intertrust Group and as a Hospitality Coordinator at ZAHM Zelfstandige Allround Horeca Medewerkers. Eline also worked as an HR officer at PepsiCo, where they were responsible for HR operational activities and payroll processing. Eline then took on the role of Talent Development Adviseur - L&D in an interim position at CMS Netherlands. In 2022, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist Tax at PwC and later transitioned to an HR Interim Professional role at RVDB. Eline attended the Sancta Maria Haarlem from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their Hoger algemeen voortgezet onderwijs (Havo) studies.

In 2013, they studied at the EF Executive Language Institute in Oxford, England, achieving a B2 English level. Eline also attended the Institut Linguistique Adenet: Montpellier during the same period to obtain a B2 level in French.

Eline then went on to study at Hotelschool The Hague from 2014 to 2018. Eline earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree and specialized in HTH Recruitment and Promotion.

Eline pursued further educational opportunities in 2019 and 2020 at TIAS School for Business and Society. There, they successfully completed a Master's degree in Business administration/Bedrijfskunde/Business management/Bedrijfsmanagement.

In 2020, Eline participated in the Masterclass Psychologie at SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company.

Throughout 2022, they engaged in training programs at TalentFirst Nederland BV, SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company (Praktische coachingsvaardigheden), and Agile Scrum Group (Agile Scrum Training) to enhance their skills and knowledge in coaching and Agile Scrum methodologies.
