Maartje Erkelens

Maartje Erkelens has a diverse work experience in various companies. Maartje started their career in 2010 as a Sales Support at Huxley Associates. In 2011, they worked as a Service Manager at T-Mobile Netherlands BV, followed by a role as a Project Coordinator at Waternet in 2012. After that, they joined Young Colfield in 2011 and completed the Young Colfield Talent Program, where they gained experience in management development and worked on various projects at public and private companies. In 2013, Maartje worked as a Project Officer at Delta Lloyd and then as a Process Manager at KPN. Maartje then worked at Delta Lloyd again as a Program Officer for the Solvency II project from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Maartje is working as a People Strategy Consultant at Effectory since 2017.

Maartje Erkelens attended the University of Groningen from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Maartje continued their education at the same university, completing a Master's degree in Arbeids-, Organisatie- & Personeelspsychologie from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Maartje also holds several certifications, including ITIL v3 Foundation from Exin (obtained in May 2013), Change Management Foundation from APMG International (obtained in December 2012), and Prince2 Foundation, also from APMG International (obtained in November 2012).
