Hilary Cabodi

Hilary Cabodi, MBA, CIA, is a seasoned professional in risk advisory and internal audit, currently serving as the Managing Director of Risk Advisory & SOX practice at Effectus Group since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Risk Advisory & SOX at Pacific Coast Building Products, where management of the internal audit department was a key responsibility, and extensive tenure at Deloitte from January 2004 to July 2019, where significant accomplishments included the growth of the Chief Audit Executive lab program and leadership of various audit engagements across industries. Hilary began a career path in internal audit with positions at The Rowe Companies and Gannett Co., Inc. after earning a BBA and MBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
