Kim Hai Tan

Kim Hai Tan is an experienced professional in risk advisory and internal audit, currently serving as Managing Director for Risk Advisory and SOX Services at Effectus Group since October 2022. Previously, Kim held the role of Head of Internal Audit at DailyPay, Inc. from February 2022 to October 2022. With a substantial background at PwC over nearly a decade, Kim progressed from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, leading engagements focused on IPO readiness, finance function geo-expansion, process documentation, SOX compliance reviews, and FCPA assessments. Kim graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from Curtin University, following completion of the American Degree Program at Taylor's University.
