Venkata (Prasad) K. has extensive work experience in the technology industry, with a focus on Salesforce consulting, development, and architecture. Venkata (Prasad) started their career as an Independent IT Consultant/Contractor, working on website development projects for the Indian Express Group. Venkata (Prasad) then went on to become a Project Leader at Synergy Login Systems Ltd, leading a team in various web and internet technologies.

Venkata also worked as a Lead Developer and Architect at Front Point Systems, where they built a Destination Management System. At Johnson & Johnson, they served as a Consultant/Lead Developer, designing and developing an IT Infrastructure Management system.

Starting in 2002, Venkata founded and developed Effexoft Inc, a software products and services company. Venkata (Prasad) K. started their education in 1987 at Doctor B.R. Ambedkar Open University, where they pursued a B.Sc. degree in Maths, Physics, and Geology. Venkata (Prasad) completed their studies in 1990.

In 1990, Venkata joined Sri Venkateswara University and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) in 1991.

Venkata (Prasad) then enrolled at Andhra University in 1997, earning a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 1999.
