Beer Mohamed

Beer Mohamed has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. They have held various roles in different companies, starting with their current role as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at .efficiently since 2023.

Prior to that, Beer worked at Magnasoft as a Talent Acquisition and Client Service Manager from December 2021 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for leading a remote and globally distributed team, collaborating with global stakeholders, and implementing strategies to attract passive talent. They also managed a team of three resources, monitored performance, developed sourcing and recruiting abilities, and forecasted hiring needs.
