Moutaz Kaddourah

Moutaz Kaddourah is a seasoned professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Head of MENA Region at Effisus since December 2024. Previously, Moutaz held roles as Area Sales Manager for the Middle East at SEMPERIT AG from September 2021 to November 2024 and Deputy Country Manager at fischer Fixings Middle East from June 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities spanned multiple managerial and development positions. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Engineer at Simpson Strong-Tie and a Sales Engineer at Hilti, demonstrating a strong background in technical support and sales for construction-related products. Moutaz Kaddourah holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Jordan, complemented by early education at Al-Orouba Secondary School.
