Julien Levis

Julien Levis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Julien began their career as a Legal Intern at Clifford Chance and the French Embassy in Beijing, China. Julien then worked as a Private Sector Development Specialist at The World Bank before becoming an Attorney at Law at Avocat à la Cour, specializing in litigation and advisory work. Julien also served as a Consultant, focusing on legal and compliance matters. At EFG Bank, they held the role of Group Head of Data Privacy and Compliance Officer, where they advised senior management on data protection and reviewed IT projects and contracts involving data processing. Julien has also been actively involved in the field of data protection and privacy, serving as a Guest Speaker at the University of Geneva, a Mentor at EPFL Innovation Park, a European Advisory Board Member at IAPP, and a Privacy Mentor at Constructive Privacy. Julien has also been a Speaker at IAPP Data Protection Intensive Conferences.
