Karen Grow has over a decade of experience in customer service and business development. Currently serving as an Account Executive and previously as a Business Development Representative at eFileCabinet since April 2018, Karen has a strong foundation in client relations. Prior to this role, Karen spent six years at 1-800 CONTACTS, progressing through roles such as Customer Care Manager, Inbound Sales Manager, and Customer Care Supervisor, focusing on team motivation, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Karen owned and operated Kare-Bear Day Care from June 2006 to August 2011, overseeing child care programs and ensuring the safety of children.
