Betty Sasenick has extensive experience in corporate communications, international business, and government affairs. Betty began their career in 1983 as a Chief Writer for China Media, where they traveled within China to visit factories and report on the trade journal for overseas buyers. In 1986, they joined Boeing as a Marketing Manager in Sales and Marketing, and later became a Senior Manager in International Business and Government Affairs. In 1993, they joined Fittex Garments Co. Ltd as Vice President of US Operations. Most recently, in 2017, they founded Skyhigh Advisors and began working as a Corporate Communications at Efinix, Inc.
Betty Sasenick's education history includes completing a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Journalism and French Literature from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1980 and 1982, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism and French Literature from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1976 and 1980, a year of study in Political Science and Government at the Université de Bordeaux between 1977 and 1978, and a High School degree from St. Mary's Canossian College between 1969 and 1975. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from Washington State in Mandarin and Cantonese Medical and Social Services Interpreting, as well as Chinese Translating.
