FPGA System Solutions Manager at Efinix

Yee Hui Lee has worked for four companies in the past decade. In 2010, they were a Design Automation Intern at Intel Corporation. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Sydney, where they focused on convolutional neural network (CNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM) recurrent neural network implementation using Python. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Staff IP Logic Design Engineer and Senior IP Logic Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they developed video connectivity soft IP for Intel FPGA. Currently, they are a FPGA System Solutions Manager and Staff FPGA System Solutions Engineer at Efinix, Inc., where they lead the system solutions R&D team for RISC-V based SoC solutions development and offering using Efinix FPGAs.

Yee Hui Lee has a long education history beginning with Jit Sin High School from 2001 to 2005. Yee Hui then attended Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Computer Engineering. Yee Hui continued their studies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 2011 to 2013, receiving a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Yee Hui then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university, graduating in 2017. In 2016, they were awarded an Endeavour Research Fellowship at the University of Sydney for Quantum Computing and Computer Engineering.
