Tharsha Adamstein

Tharsha Adamstein is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and performance management. Currently serving as the People and Performance Manager at efm Logistics since April 2025, Tharsha previously held the position of Head of People & Culture at New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Inc from August 2022 to April 2025. Earlier roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Sealed Air Corporation, People & Capability Advisor at Waikato District Council, Human Resources Associate at Stonehage Fleming, and Human Resources Coordinator at MSA Africa. Tharsha is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management at The University of Waikato, having previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from North-West University.
