Jacqui Mettam is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People and Performance Manager at Star Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jacqui held positions such as People & Capability Manager at PHARMAC and People & Culture Manager at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. With a background in various HR roles including Head of People Services at Whitireia and WelTec and Human Resources Manager at Prime Property Group, Jacqui has extensive expertise in change management, employment relations, and generalist HR functions. Starting as a Human Resources Advisor at NZ Police, Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from Victoria University of Wellington.
