Mary McCarthy, MPH has a strong background in health and wellness, with experience in developing and implementing wellness programs in various companies. Mary is currently the Business Owner of Mary McCarthy - Resilience & Grace, where Mary manages an online studio offering a wide range of health and wellness courses. Mary has also worked as a Wellness Director at Wesley Acres, and as an Adjunct Instructor at Des Moines University and Grand View University. With a Masters in Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Mary is well-equipped to educate and inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle.
