Harry Marissen

Harry Marissen has extensive experience in the accounting and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a member of the ESG-assurance working group and the MKB NBA sustainability steering group at the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA), Marissen focuses on the implications of sustainability reporting developments for the accounting profession. As co-owner and sustainability expert at Zero CO2, Marissen aims to assist SMEs in their sustainability efforts. Marissen’s background includes a tenure as an accountant-advisor at Bentacera, following the merger of Harrier accountancy-bedrijfsadvies. Additionally, Marissen holds leadership roles in various committees, including chair of the sustainability committee at SRA and member of the VSME-EFRAG consultation committee. With a solid educational foundation in Accounting, Finance, and Agricultural Economics, Marissen combines expertise in financial advisory, business development, and sustainability.
