Cristina Villa

Cristina Villa is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at eFUEL, LLC since June 2022. Previously, Cristina held various HR roles at Joseph Gallo Farms from June 2016 to August 2022, including Human Resources Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Additionally, Cristina worked as the Human Resource Manager at Meras Engineering from November 2013 to June 2016 and at Paleteria La Michoacana from January 2012 to October 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at La Perla Tapatia Supermarkets from January 2006 to July 2010. Cristina possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Studies and two Associate’s Degrees in Business Management and Accounting from Humphreys University, as well as a PHR certification.
