With over a decade at QNB Group, Hazem contributed to business analysis and integration using Sopra Banking Software and ACI Worldwide Payments Solutions, and held various roles including Head of Operations and Bank Teller. Hazem holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Helwan University Cairo, graduated in 2008.
