Chris Wood

Chris Wood is the current Strategic Partner Director at eGain. Prior to this, they were with Aspect Software as their Channel Director from October 2019 to November 2020. Before that, they were with NICE Ltd as the Head of UK Partner Sales from May 2018 to October 2019. Chris has been in the software industry for many years, working their way up from Territory Manager in 2008 to their current position. Chris has a proven track record of success in sales and channel management, and is an expert in the field of call recording, workforce management, and performance management. Chris is a passionate advocate for customer experience and strives to perfect it in every aspect of their work.

Chris Wood studied for a BSc Honours in Computing Science at the University of Glamorgan. The University of Glamorgan is now known as the University of South Wales.

Their manager is Mike Wilkinson, Senior Director, Channel Sales. Chris Wood works with and Andrew Catchpole - Strategic Partner Director.
