Jerry Mackrella has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jerry is currently employed as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at eGain Corporation since August 2022. Prior to that, Jerry worked as an Account Executive 3 at Comcast from June 2019 to August 2022. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Freelance Consultant. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Strategic Multimedia Consultant (Account Executive) at Steel City Media. Jerry also gained experience in sales and technical support as a Sales & Technical Support Consultant at GoDaddy from 2014 to 2015. Jerry explored entrepreneurship as the Owner of Crave Management from 2010 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Jerry worked as a Front Office Accounts Manager & Supervisor at Morgans Hotel Group from 2008 to 2010 and as a Music Central Supervisor at The William Morris Agency from 2007 to 2008.
