Kapil Madan

Kapil Madan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kapil started their career at Infosys as a Software Engineer in 1995 and later worked as a Software Engineer at Transim Technology from 1997 to 2000. Kapil then joined Chingari as a Senior Professional Services Consultant in 2000. In 2001, Kapil became the Director of Consulting at Vhayu Technologies, where they worked until 2009.

In 2010, they became the Co-Founder and Technical Head at ChilliJuice Ltd., and also worked as a Technical Advisor and Solution Consultant at AIAlgos during the same period.

Kapil joined eGain Corporation in 2012, where they held multiple roles including Engineering Manager and Product Manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Cloud Product Manager for EMEA, and later assumed the position of Head of EMEA Cloud in 2016.
