Khushwant Singh

Khushwant Singh began their work experience in 2010 at Ebix, where they served as an Associate QA. During their time there, they tested Web and Windows applications, developed test cases and a QA User Manual, and participated in activities pertaining to defect summary reports. In 2011, they joined eGain Corporation as a Senior QA Engineer, and their tenure with the company is ongoing.

Khushwant Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Kurukshetra University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained the ISTQB Foundation certification from the Indian Testing Board in June 2016.
