Palak Vijay has worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Ericsson from June 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are employed as an Application Software Engineer I at eGain Corporation, starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they had a brief tenure as a Software Engineer Trainee at eGain Corporation from March 2022 to May 2022.

Palak Vijay completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their Intermediate education in Science from Sophia Secondary School, from 2002 to 2017.
