Sachin Agrawal

Sachin Agrawal has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Sachin started their career at Mindtree as a Software Engineer, where they worked on projects such as the Rajasthan E-governance project and the migration of NFL clubs' sites data. Sachin then joined Zensar Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on projects related to compliance tools and Cisco's Country of Origin Review and Determination. Sachin later joined eGain Communications as an Associate Technical Consultant and gradually progressed to the roles of Technical Consultant and Senior Solutions Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for providing solutions and consulting services to clients. Currently, Sachin is working at eGain Corporation as a Senior Application Software Engineer - Level 3, where they are responsible for customizing products, assessing and estimating new customizations, and creating technical design documents for business requirements.

Sachin Agrawal completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from NIT Calicut in 2006. Sachin also holds a certification as an AWS Certified Developer - Associate, obtained from Amazon Web Services in April 2023.
