Shaily Yadav

Shaily Yadav has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shaily began their career as a Graduate Commercial Trainee at DSCL - DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. where they gained valuable experience in the agri-business sector. Shaily then served as a Fieldwork Intern at Siemens, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Aon Hewitt, and PepsiCo, where they gained exposure to various aspects of HR and business operations.

In 2009, Shaily joined IBM India as a Block Fieldwork Intern before transitioning to Infosys Ltd as a Senior Associate Lead - Business Partner Human Resources. During their time at Infosys, they excelled in HR generalist and OD roles, overseeing talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and more. Shaily also received several awards for their contributions, including the HRD Shine Award and Asia Pacific HRM Congress Award.

In 2014, Shaily joined Philips as an HR Manager, where they continued to leverage their expertise in HR strategy and management. After three years at Philips, they moved on to eGain Corporation in 2020. At eGain, Shaily served as the HR Manager for India, responsible for leading a team in HR generalist and recruitment areas. Shaily also took on additional responsibilities as the HR Manager for the US region for six months. Additionally, they program managed the Global Onboarding program at eGain.

Shaily Yadav completed their education with a Master of Arts (MA) in HRM&LR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with Honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Shaily's secondary education was completed at Mira Model Senior Secondary School, with a focus on commerce.
