Susan Seah has extensive work experience in legal and business consulting roles. Susan is the Founder & CEO of The Koa Club, a global community for women seeking empowerment and connections. Susan was previously the Head of Legal at eGain Corporation, where they provided legal counsel and guidance to the company's executive team and oversaw corporate matters and governance.

Before that, Susan was a Founding Partner at CounselGS (a/k/a Gardiner Seah LLP), a boutique business law firm. Susan'spractice focused primarily on corporate and intellectual property transactions, and they acted as lead outside counsel for both domestic and international companies.

Susan has also served in leadership positions at various organizations, including as Chair of the Seattle LWT Leadership Team and Board Member for Leading Women in Technology. Susan was also the Fractional General Counsel for U.S. Operations at Exony Limited, a software company.

Earlier in their career, Susan worked as the General Counsel at ACTIV Financial Systems, where they handled contracting, intellectual property matters, and compliance with global exchange regulations. Susan was also an Associate General Counsel at eLoyalty Corporation, where they provided legal guidance on complex business and technology agreements and managed the company's intellectual property.

Susan's work experience also includes serving as a Senior Attorney at a Technology Solutions Company, where they handled mergers and acquisitions, established operations in the Pacific Rim, and prepared securities filings. Susan began their career as an Associate in the Corporate & Securities Department at Jenner & Block, where they worked on various corporate transactions and securities filings.

Susan holds a strong track record of leadership, legal expertise, and strategic guidance across a range of industries and organizations.

Susan Seah began their education by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business from Ohio University. Susan attended from 1983 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and International Business from Chaminade University of Honolulu, attending from 1986 to 1987. Finally, they attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
