Nickole Hansen

Nickole Hansen, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Change and Project Management at Egencia, leading client onboarding initiatives and enhancing project strategies since July 2017. With prior experience at Grant Thornton LLP, Nickole held several leadership roles including Director of Transformation Management, where strategic growth and change management tools were developed. Additionally, the role as Director of Learning Effectiveness and Operations involved optimizing talent development and communication strategies. Over the years, Nickole has successfully managed diverse teams and projects in the hospitality and consulting industries, starting career foundations in various operational roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and other organizations. Nickole holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University, with additional education from Valparaiso University, Conrad N. Hilton College, and the Institute for Performance Improvement.
