Theresa Travieso has a robust background in the travel management industry with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as a Global Account Manager and Client Services Manager at Egencia since January 2014, Theresa is responsible for ensuring operational success throughout the client lifecycle, managing a portfolio with an annual global travel spend exceeding $200 million. Previous positions at Egencia included Supervisor of Shared Services, overseeing day-to-day operations and coaching a team of 20 travel consultants, as well as Team Lead for the Executive Desk, leading a team of 22 consultants. Earlier in their career, Theresa held the position of Team Lead at Teplis Travel and worked as a Senior Travel Consultant at various travel management companies from September 1993 to February 2003.
