Shawn Rhode

Shawn Rhode began their career in 2000 as a Sr. Unix Administrator for America Online, Inc. and AOL. In 2004, they joined Egenera, Inc. as an Operations and Security Architect. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting advanced issues, training lower level individuals, testing new products and features, designing and deploying IaaS cloud platforms, implementing and documenting security and compliance practices, and developing wrapper tools.

Shawn Rhode attended Rockland District High School from 1989 to 1992 and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aviation Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 1992 and 1997. No additional certifications are listed.
