Ana Paula González

Ana Paula González is a highly experienced consultant currently at Egon Zehnder since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ana Paula served as Director of the Miami Initiative at SoftBank Group International, where responsibilities included leading early-stage investments and expanding the Miami tech ecosystem, successfully deploying $300M in the first year. Ana Paula also held multiple leadership positions at 500 Global, such as Head of Managed Funds and Global Head of Ecosystem Development. Earlier career experience includes working as an Investment Manager at New Ventures, focusing on social impact investments, and as a Senior Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Ana Paula holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and additional executive education from Stanford University.
