Justin Elder

Justin Elder is an experienced Executive Assistant currently serving as the Lead EA for the Industrial Practice Group at Egon Zehnder since July 2022. Prior to this role, Justin supported the New Zealand delegation in London with a temporary position at the Financial Markets Authority in June 2022. Justin's background includes working at Almacantar as PA to the Property, Asset, and Legal teams, where involvement centered on transforming central London real estate. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Education Partnerships Group, and roles at Teach First, Prison Reform Trust, Parliament of Victoria, and New Zealand Parliament. Educational credentials include a 2:1 Honours Degree in Political Science from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained in 2007.
