Larissa Marchesin

Larissa Marchesin is an experienced executive search leader currently serving as an Expert Leader at Egon Zehnder since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing a team of professionals, overseeing hiring and development, and contributing to strategic decision-making as a member of the Management Committee. Previously, Larissa held various roles at Cushman & Wakefield, including Associate in the Executive Search, Technology & Communication Practice for Latin America, and played a significant role in restructuring the Business Intelligence department across South America. Early career experiences include government relations work at Amcham-Brasil and a trainee position in project management. Larissa holds an MBA in Business Administration from FGV and has a background in Social Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
