Prior to starting EgoSens, Diakite worked as a Senior Business Transformation & Change Program Manager at DXC Technology and as a MoC - Global transformation programs' adoption and Change Management lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Diakite has extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale transformation programs. At DXC Technology, Diakite was responsible for overseeing the implementation of digitalized delivery models across multiple projects and functional areas. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Diakite developed the MoC practice offer for HP Services BPO segment and led multiple complex international transformations.

Diakite is a highly skilled and experienced change management professional with a proven track record in driving people adoption and engagement in complex change initiatives.
