Kseniya Drebot

Kseniya Drebot has held various roles in project management, agile lead, and lean delivery throughout their work experience. Kseniya started their career as an SEO specialist at Jobs.ua and later worked as a web marketing manager at Media Market Group. Kseniya then transitioned to IT delivery director at Devellar, where they focused on overseeing the delivery of IT projects. After that, they worked at Bonnier Digital as a scrum master and proxy product owner, managing web projects and facilitating team collaboration. Following this, they held multiple roles at Ciklum, including agile project manager, business analyst, and Atlassian tools consultant. Kseniya contributed to PMO practices development and managed delivery of game development projects. At Luxoft, they worked as a program manager. Kseniya then joined Star, where they served as a program manager, agile lead, and scrum master. Recently, they joined EPAM Systems as a project manager, and they currently work at EGYM | DACH as a lean delivery agent and head of mobile.

Kseniya Drebot began their education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a specialist degree in IT, with a focus on automation systems.

In 2010, they pursued further education at the TechExpert certification center through the Microsoft Partner Program Awards. During this time, they obtained a degree in ITIL V3 - Release, Control and Validation.

Throughout their career, Kseniya Drebot has also acquired several additional certifications. In 2010, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2012, they received the FCE certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment.

In 2014, they earned the ICAgile Certified Professional certification and in 2015, they obtained a certification in "Improving service delivery with Kanban method" from LeanKanban University.

In 2016, they acquired the SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, they pursued additional certifications in the field of Kanban from Kanban University. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Kanban System Design and Kanban for Design and Innovation. In 2023, they achieved certifications in Kanban Maturity Model and Enterprise Scale Kanban (ESK).
